The Job Role
- We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for this lovely and well located independent school in Reading.
- Multiple food outlets with a very creative offering for the students.
- Busy hospitality events at the school which require a fine dining touch.
- You will be fully responsible for all health & safety and training through to driving the food offering forward.

The Requirements
- As Head Chef you will come from a similar management position from a multiple outlet site.
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Senior Sous Chef and is seeking a new challenge and career progression or a Head Chef with a proven track record and stable career progression.
- We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
- Track record of achieving a good GP and implementing all company Health and Safety procedures
- Previous exposure to new restaurant launches ideal, but not essential
The Package
- Competitive Basic of 35-38 K.
- Pension
- 5 out of 7 operation.
- 40 hours a week
- 52 weeks contract
