We are delighted to be recruiting for an Executive Head Housekeeper on behalf of a leading luxury resort.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced housekeeping professional to join a prestigious property renowned for its exceptional guest experience, high service standards and luxury environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a large housekeeping team, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation and operational efficiency are consistently achieved across the resort.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all housekeeping operations across the resort
• Leading, motivating and developing large housekeeping teams
• Maintaining exceptional luxury standards throughout all guest and public areas
• Driving service excellence and attention to detail at all times
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, training and departmental performance
• Working closely with senior leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Executive Head Housekeeper or senior housekeeping leadership experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A hands-on and highly organised management style
• Exceptional eye for detail and passion for standards
• Experience managing large operational teams within a high-volume environment
