Financial Controller - This stunning 4 star hotel is now looking to further expand the finance team with the appointment of an experienced Hotel financial controller able to deliver the following:
To lead the finance functions within the hotel on a day to day basis, to ensure that financial consistency is achieved, profits are maximised and the business is developed and moved forward in line with hotel strategy; including- ensuring that maximum revenue is captured by the business through the effective management
- ensuring that all accounting records are kept accurate covering all transactions within Hotel.
- providing a financial reporting service to senior Hotel Management to assist in achieving the objectives of the Company
- ability to work as part of the company financial team
About You- A proven Hotel Financial Controller with experience of managing revenue in excess of £2m
- Highly personable with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ideally living within the Reading, Slough or Henley area or willing to relocate for the right position
- A strong knowledge of the UK Hotel market essential
