This stunning restaurant in a beautiful 4* hotel in the heart of Canterbury is currently looking for a talented a truly passionate Sous Chef to come on board.

You will be assisting the current Executive Head Chef to retain the 3AA Rosettes status while training and developing Junior members of the Kitchen brigade, give your contribution in developing menus using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, and ensure that every dish is perfectly executed.

The restaurant does up to 40 covers for lunch / 60 for dinner on weekdays, and up to 75 during the weekend. You will be working in a relaxed, organised and professional environment with 10 other Chefs with a real love for food.

The ideal candidate is someone already in the Sous Chef role with proven experience in a 2AA Rosettes establishment or above. Experience at this kind of standards is essential to be considered for this position.
