Assistant Conference and Event Sales Manager £30K 4* Hotel St Albans

I am currently recruiting for a Luxury 4* Country Hotel near St Albans. They are looking for an Assistant Conference and Events Sales Manager to manage a team of 7 in the Conference and Events Sales Office. This role will report to Director of Events.

You will lead by example ensuring all inbound enquiries for corporate meetings and events sales are converted and revenue is maximised by your team, for their stunning country house hotel 120 bedrooms, 19 meeting rooms for small meetings, large corporate conferences and events.

The successful applicant will be used to providing excellent service to conference clients with high expectations, will be highly sales focused, used to managing a team and Delphi experience is essential.

The position offers a salary of up to £30K
