We are currently looking for an exceptional senior pastry chef with previous experience in 5 Start Hotels Michelin or Rosette Restaurants for a 5 Star Hotel in central London

The Role:

A Sous pastry chef is required to assist the head pastry chef in leading a strong kitchen team within a high profile 5 Star Hotel

The Hotel uses all fresh and supreme ingredients of Michelin standard

Competent in leading and managing brigades

Experience in 5 Star Hotel/Michelin/Rosette kitchens

Be hands on in the kitchen

Stock control & Ordering

Financial acumen

HACCP
