The Job Role

  • We are looking for a Sous Chef for this stunning fresh food led Venue,
  • Function work for 600-covers
  • Fresh food led site, that pride themselves on using fresh seasonal produce, that is sourced locally
  • As Sous chef you will also be accountable for ordering, costings and all paperwork relating to the Kitchen
  • Manage small team of banqueting team.

The Requirements

  • As Sous chef you will need a stable cv and previous restaurant experience
  • Track record of team management and people development.
  • Must have previous experience in C&B operation,
  • Must be a real foodie who wants to deliver the wow factor
  • We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
  • Track record of achieving a good GP
  • Track record of implementing Health and Safety procedures though to costing of dishes is a must
