An excellent four-star hotel with exceptional facilities for both business & leisure guests within the Leicestershire area, requires an experienced Food and Beverage Manager reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is commutable from Northampton.

As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the operational management team. You will drive the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered.

The Essential Skills:

* Must have previous 4-star hotel Food and Beverage management experience within a circa 100-bedroom operation
* Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
* Possess very strong F&B knowledge and good C&B knowledge, with a good experience of a high-quality food operation but also possessing a broad background of all other areas within the business
* Must be commercially astute
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
* Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service
* Please note it may suit a very strong F&B Manager looking for a 1st time F&B Operations Manager role

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

The Food & Beverage Manager position offers an annual salary of c£30k DOE , Gratuities (approx. £500 per year), bonus and excellent company benefits. This is a full-time position , 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
