This Sous Chef role is perfect for a passionate and experienced 2 rosette Sous Chef that now wants to experience the UK, loves challenges and enjoys variety.

Reporting directly into the Group Exec Chef, this position is all about flexibility, tenacity and unwavering standards as you will be asked to trouble shoot and support Kitchens across any one of their 26 UK sites from 1 week to 1 month at a moments notice,

You will also be able to work closely with the Group Exec Chef on new menu role outs and ideas for the seasonal changes, drive standards and have a real input into the way the operation will move forwards with its food offering.

You can be based ANYWHERE in the UK as travel is essential for this role, and the package on offer matches the skills and experience required
