SOUS CHEF - 4* INDEPENDENT HOTEL - SMALL QUALITY FOCUS OPERATION

This is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef ready to step into a Sous Chef role, or a Sous Chef that enjoys small and quality oriented operations.

Making all the food from scratch, this beautiful small hotel created unique Modern European dishes sourcing locally from the best suppliers.

The salary on offer is up to £29,000 including service charge, to be reviewed after 3 months of probation.

You will be working up to 48 hours per week, with paid overtime by the hour.

As a Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Head Chef with the designing of seasonal menus, and ensure the best standards of quality are always followed from the Kitchen Brigade.
