  • Looking for a Sous chef for this stunning restaurant with rooms with the focus on producing amazing fresh seasonal food at 2 AA-rosette level
  • as sous chef you will need to working with closely the current Head chef

The Requirements

  • You will come from a similar operation with previous Sous chef experience
  • Previous 2 AA-rosette experience
  • Stable and proven work history
  • Track record of team management and people development.
  • Ability to achieve food GP
  • We are looking for a sous chef, hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
