Job Specification

  • To lead the hospitality kitchen and brigade
  • To cook up to either a rosette standard or be comfortable working with fresh ingredients cooked and prepared
  • To ensure consistency of dishes remains at the reputable and consistent standard, rosette level


Person Specific

  • As an Executive Sous Chef, you will come from a similar position with a credible and stable background and high rosette experience
  • MUST have strong people management skills and be seen as mature, calm influence on junior chefs
