I have the great pleasure of working with one of the most well-respected group of hotels in the UK as they are now looking for an F&B Operations Manager. This critical role is at one of their busiest units and as such, it requires an accomplished F&B Manager that can handle the pressures of volume and steer a dedicated team towards the collective goals.

The ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have a stable and steady Corporate 4 star hotel background and a proven ability of managing all F&B Departments such as Room Service, Restaurant, Bar and Conference and Banqueting and also be able to handle a departmental budget over £2 million.
You will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved
I am looking to speak to Food and Beverage Managers who have good commercial acumen and sales skills as well as an all-round Food & Beverage management experience.
It is essential that you have conference/events experience and have previously managed a large team of around 50 staff.

Call me if you have experience in a corporate hotel F&B management role with a minimum of 2 years service , this is not a role for someone stepping into their first F&B Manager role and candidates without this job title will not be contacted.


We are offering a competitive annual salary salary up to £30,000 plus bonus and excellent company benefits. This is full time Permanent position, working 40 hours a week 5 days over 7 including Evenings and weekends.
