General Manager - Lebanese Cuisine - South West London - Up To 45k plus bonuses - No Late Nights

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced general manager that has had experience managing a restaurant serving Lebanese cuisine. The restaurant is open Monday - Sunday with no late nights. Our client is looking for a general manager that preferably has Middle Eastern food experience in a branded environment and can converse in Arabic. These skills are preferred but not essential.

Our client serves fresh food and provides authentic Middle Eastern experience. For our client, it is imperative the ideal candidate is extremely people and standards orientated whilst wanting to create warm buzzing atmosphere in a fast paced environment, whilst educating the team and guests about Lebanese cuisine.

As general manager you will have a fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself and have a great opportunity to progress in a forward thinking company.

Our client aims to find the ideal candidate and is looking for the following skill set;

  • Experienced in a similar fresh food medium volume restaurant background at General Manager level
  • Must be hands on
  • Strong man management skills
  • Standards driven
  • Fully financial accountable
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environment
  • Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
  • Used to managing a team of 30
  • Be commercially minded
  • Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
