Our client is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the operation to the next level in terms of concept and service. This is a great time to join the management team in the development of the business for a luxury, charming country house hotel situated in the heart of the Peak District.

We're looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager from a gastro pub or quality inn background who can proactively manage our new 50-seater Restaurant and team, with a focus on achieving consistently exceptional service.

The Essential Skills:

* You will motivate your team to consistently deliver the highest standards of service and guest experience to ensure that the Restaurant stands out from the competition with its superb service, ambience and the countryside setting.
* You will need to have a proven track record of working in a quality food restaurant such as a Gastro pub or Inn.
* Have an eye for detail and be a good leader to work with your team to achieve the very best
* You'll be self-confident and have an energy that will enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups.
* Due to the location of the venue and the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport is essential.

Personal Traits:

* Must have excellent personal presentation & appearance with very good communication & inter-personal skills
* Demonstrate a clear & effective leadership style with excellent organisational & time management skills
* Be highly motivated with a drive to set high standards & strive for continuous improvement

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities

An annual salary of c£22,000 Tips excellent company benefits . Temporary Live in is available if relocating to the area.
