The Job Role

We are looking for a Junior Sous chef to join the team for amazing restaurant. As Junior Sous Chef you will be responsible for servicing the 40-cover fresh food, seasonal a la carte restaurant and small wedding trade.

The Requirements

  • As Junior Sous chef will come from a similar position,
  • We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
  • This is a senior level position, and skills set should include team management,
  • Banqueting experience of 100 covers,
  • 1 Rosette experience essential
  • Creativity and flair.
  • Stable work history
  • Reports directly to the Head Chef.
  • Perfect opportunity for experienced chef de partie for first junior sous chef
