Conference & Banqueting Manager - East Sussex - £25,000-£28,000 per annum DOE.

A hands-on and experienced operator is needed for an Conference and Banqueting Manager position at a large country Resort encompassing a 4* hotel, award-winning restaurant, golf courses, health club and spa, as well as events facilities up to 400 people.

The ideal candidate:

Is experienced within a similar large-scale restaurant operation, preferably at Rosette level.
Has experience managing a large team of F&B staff.
Proficiency with departmental back of house duties such as stock control, staff rotas, staff holidays, wage percentages, and guest correspondence.
Has experience conducting staff training/briefings on service quality, menu items, allergens etc.
Ability to uphold Company standards and procedures, and maintain these within the Restaurant team
Has excellent personal presentation and hygiene
