Food & Beverage Supervisor

Award winning Pub/restaurant - Bath

I am currently working with a stunning collection of premium, award winning gastro pubs, currently looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Supervisor to lead the team and support the senior management at one of their leading properties in a great location in Bath.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, reporting to the General/Deputy Manager, you will assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage operation, ensuring high standards of service are always delivered.

As F&B Supervisor you will take charge and be responsible for the front of house service and standards for this busy pub/restaurant ensuring the team are supported in delivering the best possible service during every shift in order to deliver a positive experience to all guests and encourage repeat business. You will take ownership of the different service areas and be required to support and efficiently communicate with the team.

As F&B Supervisor you will ensure that the guests experience the best level of customer service possible. Additional responsibilities will include;

  • Acting as Designated Supervisor
  • Inducting, training and developing the team
  • Duty Management Shifts
  • Produce Rotas
  • reconciliation and cashing up of takings

Skills & Experience

  • Previous F&B Supervisory experience within a hospitality environment, ideally with a background in quality pubs/restaurants.
  • Good knowledge of food and drink.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Lead by example and be flexible and adaptable
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Be highly organized with an efficient approach.
  • Provide excellent hospitality to all guests.
  • Personal License qualification preferred
