My client is a popular and well known Boutique Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire, close to Edgware

Looking for a sous chef, who wats to be part of something special, , offering a salary of £30-31k based on a maximum of 50-hours a week, Live in can be provided at around £100 per month

This Hotel is about to have a cash investment, in all departments, with a re-launch coming soon. So are you a sous chef that wants to cook modern trendy food, with the use of a on-site garden, where you will be involved with decision making of what is grown, then show boat the produce on the 2 AA-rosette menus. Currently have a 50-cover restaurant, with the view of introducing tasting menus in the near future, helping to develop afternoon teas whilst working alongside an amazing Head chef who has worked in some of London's best known kitchens.

As Sous chef, you will need to have passion for food, and want to be involved in the running of all areas of the kitchen. Previous AA-Rosette experience is preferred with a stable cv. Hotel background would be great, but will look at somebody from quality restaurants.
