This stunning hotel retreat in the heart of Northamptonshire is recruiting for an experienced Senior Bar Manager to manage several bars in the hotel and in other areas on a daily basis.

I am looking for an experienced Senior Hotel Bar Manager who has the ability to organise and manage the daily operation of the several bars in the hotel. Not all the bars will be open at the same time but you must be confident that you would be able to manage this and coordinate your team, if they were !

Your team will be working in several bars in the hotel which can be located in the lounge, conference and banqueting, outside catering and private events within the grounds of the hotel and some of then have their own cellars attached too!!

You must be familiar with carrying out all the different duties required to offer the quality of service expected by both our company and more importantly, our guests!

As you will be managing a large team of 12, who will be working in different areas of the hotel at once, you must be able to ensure you can manage liquid stock , manage standards & capture revenue as well making sure the operations runs smoothly and the bars are well stocked to meet the demands of our guests.

As with every job , you have the administration part too, so you will need to have a solid knowledge of understanding figures, controlling stock within multiple bars across the site and developing your team to follow the processes in place.


This is not an easy job and requires a very experienced Senior Bar Manager who has worked with at least 3 bars in a hotel or similar environment to manage this diverse operation!
