Club Promotions Manager Needed for a Super Club Venue , N/London Up To £35,000 Benefits, Mon - Fri

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Club Promotions Manager to join an independent private Club venue in the heart of N/London. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for experienced Sales Executive who can meet the high standards of the client. Due to the demand to servicing their discerning clients, they are looking for like minded individuals who have worked in a similar role to bring in new business for their busy club nights.

Job Description

As a Club Promotions Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the database and bring in new business
  • All aspects of guest relations
  • Assisting in enquiries including bookings, giving quotes, invoicing and general duties
  • Booking in promoters on a regular basis for their super club
  • Finding external promoters and sealing transactions
  • Reporting to Head of promotions
  • Follow company and department procedures
  • Having good admin skills
  • Help assist and support Co - workers
  • Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues

The Ideal candidate will be:

  • Experienced in a similar promotions role within high footfall club venues
  • Be able to work within a small team and individually
  • Work towards sales targets set by the sales and promotions team
  • Good business and negotiation skills
  • Experience with bookings in house
  • Be able to work in a high demanding environment
  • Being able to act upon different situations in a precise and professional manner
  • Able to follow clear instructions
  • Dealing with Numerous contracts and invoices
  • Good Telephone manners
  • Used to dealing with reports
  • Being proactive and being able to think on their feet
  • Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority

The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in a sales office environment.
