Michelin Star - 5 Rosettes - Immediate start available
I am currently working with one of Jersey's top Hotel & Restaurants looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for their One Michelin Star, 5 Rosette award winning restaurant.
As Chef de Partie, you will work with and support one of the best Head Chef's in the UK in creating and delivering exceptional menus, whilst leading and mentoring the brigade to continually push and develop their skills.
As Pastry Chef, you will have ambition, determination, drive and energy, whilst being up to date with all the current food trends and want to be part of something new and very special.
The role will suit someone who has already established themselves successfully at CDP level in a quality fresh food operation and is looking to broaden their experience and responsibilities. Ideally you will have experience working in a minimum of a 3 Rosette standard Kitchen.
Working hours as expected within a high standard kitchen to include split shifts, evenings & weekends
