About the role:
Managing a small but enormously passionate team of chefs
Covers vary seasonally but rarely more than 30 per service
Being one of most the integral employees on site, working in unison with the GM and owners directly
Creating seasonal menus - this operation is 90% ala carte menu and only 10% small banquets / very private weddings
***This is NOT a live-in opportunity; There are several stunning small towns nearby in easily commutable distance which the company will recommend and support you with moving to. Initially there could be short term accommodation on-site depending on how busy the hotel is with booked guests.
About you:
Either an established Head Chef or wonderfully talented Sous Chef looking to progress their career
MUST be cooking at a comfortable 3 rosette level currently (or higher)
Be a leader of people and health & hygiene standards
Financially astute
