Brand Marketing & PR Manager

Luxury Hotel Resort, Stunning Cornwall Location

Based in one of the UK's most stunning locations by the sea, I am currently working with one of the South-West's most iconic and dynamic hotels and spas looking to recruit a Brand Marketing & PR Manager.

Having recently Undergone substantial development, the resort is already one of Cornwall's leading 4-star hotels. It is stylish and contemporary, with a vibrant, friendly atmosphere which embraces the local community.

As Brand Marketing & PR Manager you will responsible for the creation, publication and distribution of content and collateral to support sales, marketing and operational activities. You will assist with the implementation of the marketing and e-commerce strategy for the resort (Rooms, Food & Drink, Meetings & Events, Health Club & Spa) in order to increase the resort's revenue and presence across all markets and segments. You will also liaise and manage between the resort and external agencies/suppliers

As Brand Marketing and PR Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and be responsible for the Resort Communications Manager and Design & Marketing Executive.

The ideal candidate with have experience/knowledge within the Hospitality & Leisure sector.

Main responsibilities

  • Project management of print and digital campaign content production
  • Drive effective collateral for print and digital use from concept to final product
  • Produce copy as required for print and digital use
  • Proof checking of all sales, marketing and guest-facing material
  • Manage design agencies for larger projects and the in-house Design & Marketing Executive for everyday work.
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are in keeping with brand guidelines.
  • Drive the effective establishment of the resort brand on the national stage.
  • Assist in the development, co-ordination and execution of all PR, marketing and communications activities
  • Develop partnerships with local affinity businesses to develop new products and packages and drive local PR campaigns.
  • Ensure the resort brand has a strong social media presence on social networks
  • Assist in planning and delivery of persuasive and creative e-marketing campaigns
  • Project management
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, innovations and technology
