Executive Head Chef

Executive Head Chef:

• Tasked with overseeing the day to day running of the kitchens of a large hotel business, as head chef you will be part of the senior hotel team.
• In charge of the continuous improvements of the running of the brigade, managing efficiencies and food standard.

The Employer seeking to appoint an Executive Head Chef:

• A large diverse hotel, offering multi-outlets/ Kitchens, extensive M&E that serve hundreds of guests daily.

The Essential Skills Executive Head Chef:

• We require a highly talented chef that can deliver exceptional food quality.
• A people person, a Head Chef that thrives on the development of their team.
• You will need to be a Head Chef that enjoys the cut and thrust of a busy service with numerous events/ covers being delivered at the same time. As comfortable on the pass as on the stove.
• An innovate individual who has a strong understanding of food trends.
• You will have worked in large four- or five-star hotels in the UK, with annual food revenues of Circa £3 to 4million

Executive Head Chef - Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
