Food & Beverage Manager - 4-star Country Hotel - up to £ 34,000
Our clients are a market leading deluxe hotel that are looking for ambitious Food and Beverage Manager to join the team. With 100+ bedrooms, large M&E and several restaurants, the site is performing well against competitors with revenues driven through midweek corporate and leisure/ wedding at weekends.Being a flagship site for the group the standards of service and delivery are paramount; as such to be considered your cv must demonstrate a progressive career in quality volume driven UK hotels, as F&B Manager
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic F&B Manager who can lead your team to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure.
* Must have previous 4 star or luxury Resort hotel Food and Beverage management experience within a circa 100-bedroom operation.
* Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards.
* Possess very strong F&B knowledge, to support your team in the Restaurant, Bar and Meeting & Events departments throughout the day with an all-day service.
* Proven experience of a high-quality food operation but also possessing a broad background of all other areas within the business.
* Must be commercially astute.
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation.
* Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management.
* Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service.
