JWR is currently working with a stunning Boutique Hotel located in a beautiful part of Cornwall looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the department in driving the business forwards and delivering exceptional experiences to all its guests.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will be enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging and truly professional in leading the team in the day to day running of the restaurant operation, whilst delivering exceptional guest service.

You will be an experienced Restaurant Manager with excellent Knowledge of Food and Wine and use this knowledge to train and develop the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to join a growing hospitality brand and enhance your individual skills and knowledge.

Required Skills:

• Overall day to day running of the restaurant & bar operations
• Ensure restaurant and team are presented to the highest standard and delivering the best possible service at all times.
• Passionate about recruiting the right people, and training and developing a team.
• Key focus on cost control and rota planning
• A strong motivator and team leader
• Previous experience in similar role desirable,
• Good knowledge of quality food & wine
