Restaurant Manager - Pembrokeshire - £40K
This outstanding operation is now seeking a highly passionate and skilled Restaurant Manager with experience of working with 3 rosette or Michelin Star environments.
This is a truly amazing opportunity for someone with an understanding of the following:
Has managed teams within 3AA rosette or Michelin star Restaurants
Possesses excellent communication skills
Can demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experience through the effective management of your teams
Is able to take ownership of your environment whilst having the ability to engage with other senior members of the property to ensure the guest journey is second to none
Has great product knowledge and likes to be ahead of the game when it comes to innovative ways of enhancing the teams moral
Is passionate about training and development
Is naturally customer facing with a desire to lead by example
