The Client:
Charming 4-star hotel situated in the Warwickshire area is looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager with a strong 4-star hotel background in a busy hotel operation with many outlets - Bars , Lounge and Restaurant , spread across the hotel grounds, therefore you must be able to effectively manage the team as well as being hands on.
The Job:
* You must have a proven track record in a 4-star Hotel restaurant, managing a team of 20 staff.
* Must have strong leadership skills & the ability to develop your team and take full
responsibility of the total Restaurant & Bar operation including some administration work.
* Be flexible in dealing with work demands & changing priorities
* Possess a proven track record in driving profitability
* Possess a positive can-do & Hands on attitude.
The Essential Skills:
* This role will ideally suit someone who has a strong career within 3 or 4 star hotels
* Must have strong leadership skills & take full responsibility of the total hotel operation including some administration work.
* Have a very good understanding of wines, a good knowledge of food and keep an eye on the Health & Safety aspects of the business.
* Who has a proven ability to adapt and change the style of service to meet the demands of the business without compromising the service at very high volume and busy periods.
* Who believes in profitability and encourages their team to achieve great results and be part of a winning team to develop a career within a great Company.
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
The Restaurant & Bar Manager position offers an annual salary around £30,000 DOE and excellent company benefits.
