Digital Marketing Assistant - SW London - Events Venue - Up to 30k
Our client has an iconic music venue in London which holds club nights, comedy, live music, cinema nights, private functions, on site filming....and more. They are recruiting a digital marketing executive that has a firm understanding of their vocation and also will fit in with the culture of their fun/hard working evolving venue.
The role is to assist plan, organise and implement strategic marketing campaigns to effectively drive awareness of our venues events programmes and create demand for our growing range of events via the use of social media
The role is responsible for creating, publishing and promoting a diverse range of content via digital marketing channels in order to achieve event objectives and targets
The ideal candidate will have a passion for, and a strong foundation in, online marketing, combined with a creative flair and solid analytic thinking for our event and club venue.
You will work closely with the team to manage the social media activity on various platforms such as Facebook, Google and online ads
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 09.00-18.00
Job description
- Assist with creating marketing strategies to deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns in line with the event objectives.
- Work with the Events Team and other relevant departments to develop and execute a marketing plan for each event/project through interpretation of detailed event briefs and proposals.
- Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including websites, social media, emails and brochures.
- Create and regularly upload and update content on social media channels and on the website, adhering to brand and tone of voice.
- Provide support in the pre and post event marketing to generate leads and achieve delegate and guest targets.
- Preparing marketing reports
- Creating content for upcoming events/shows
- Understanding of SEO
- Ability to work with marketing budgets assigned for their varying events
- Creative writing for content
