Food and Beverage Manager - £40-50K - Kent - Luxury 90 bed Resort.
The F&B Manager Opportunity:
- To lead the restaurant, bars and team, overseeing and managing service and guest care.
- As a strong man-manager you will be required to create and implement new standards for the department, training your team to deliver and monitor the progress.
- Aware of costs you will work with the chef and F&B manager to manage efficiencies in the department whilst developing new and exciting offers to drive sales.

- Quality four star hotel and resort with an excellent reputation to looking for a F&B Manager to oversee its 2 restaurants 85cv and 95cv all day outlets catering for breakfast/lunch and dinner for up to 400cv per day, upmarket cuisine and busy throughout the day.

- Strong leadership characteristics
- Fast paced casual dining management experience within busy operations.
- Excellent standards of guest care
- Strong at training.
