JWR is currently working with an exciting, award winning operator of premium pubs with a great opportunity for a Roaming Area Chef to join the team.

As Roaming Area Chef, you will be responsible for supporting sites across Devon and Cornwall where you will support the teams to ensure staff shortages are covered and that the quality, standards and controls are delivered within each business.

As Roaming Area Chef, you will need to be a hands-on operator, leading from the front and able to build great relationships with all the brigades in all the kitchens within your area, ensuring they are complying with all necessary regulations and delivering strong GPs, whilst controlling costs and keeping to brand guidelines.

Required skills.

• Previous multi-site/unit experience preferred within busy operations capable of £15k+ p/w (min) food sales.
• Excellent operational understanding of stock control, GP's, wage percentages & P&Ls etc
• Sound knowledge of H&S and Food safety legislation's
• Ability to build teams, recruiting, training, developing, motivating and inspiring.
• Be a problem solver, ready to come up with on-the-spot solutions.
• Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
• Manage ordering and controlling of stock.
• Passionate about food, standards & results
