IMMEDIATE START
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Experienced Area Development Chef Trainer to join a national upmarket company covering all of the South of UK. The company offers great food with regular menu changes. The client and is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere. They are looking for an experienced Area Development Chef Trainer who can deliver the highest levels of quality food their refined customers in a number of their locations working, training & developing their food menu's. They are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar gastro pubs/restaurants with experience at Head Chef level with area training level to join their team on a permanent basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passion for cooking with creative ingredients
- Develop the food & beverage and training program
- A creative flair
- Support venues with ongoing team development & engagement
- Launchung new food concepts
- Managing large teams across the region
- MUST be able to drive and flixible on working hours and overnight stays
- Working with the venue management teams and head office & supplier base
- Working with different brands across the business
- Used to working in a high volume environment
- Have atleast food safety level two certificert
- Must have experience with menu changes
- Must be computer literate
- Be very organised and understand all finacials and execute action plans whenever needed
- Working closely with Head Office & learning & development teams
- Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
- Experience with GP, costing, wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
- Strong health & safety knowledge
- A stable work history
