Assistant Bar Manager - Luxurious Hotel - North of Birmingham
Our client is a luxury 4-star hotel with full leisure facilities which is very popular for, corporate meetings, conferences, private social events and weddings within the stunning Warwickshire countryside.
Looking for an enthusiastic & experienced Assistant Bar Manager to provide the very best guest experience at all times, from arrival to departure within all the F&B areas.
The Essential Skills:
* We need someone who has a steady background within a busy bar or golf club that can handle the peaks and troughs of the business.
* Looking for someone who has experience of working and managing function bars for weddings, conference dinners or Christmas parties.
Personal qualities required are:
* Previous experience of working in a busy bar with a good knowledge of a varied drinks menu including some cocktails.
* Ideally from a hotel environment or premium cocktail bar or live music venue
* The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
* Be self-driven, able to work within a large team and be willing to be 'hands-on' at all times.
* Have a good knowledge of working bars and managing the levels of demand at peak times.
* Have excellent personal presentation.
* Understand the importance of working within costs & be highly organised.
* Be an excellent team player whilst having first class attention to detail.
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities
An annual salary up to £27,000 per year + excellent company benefits that come with a well-known hotel company.
