The Job Role
- We are looking for an Head Chef for this lovely and well located boutique hotel in Kent.
- Multiple food outlets with some conference facilities.
- Busy evening trade with a strong small team.
- You will be fully responsible for all health & safety and training through to driving the food offering forward.
The Company
- Well located.
- Large hotel 100 beds.
- 2 AA Rosette Restaurant
The Requirements
- As Head Chef you will come from a similar management position from a multiple outlet site.
- You MUST have experience in 2 or 3 AA Restaurant operations
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Head Chef and is seeking a new challenge and career progression.
- We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time
- Track record of achieving a good GP and implementing all company Health and Safety procedures
- Previous exposure to new restaurant launches ideal, but not essential
The Package
- Competitive Basic of 50K with KPI Bonuses(approx 5.5K).
