Package - up to £32k, career progression, use of property's facilities, live-in available
Location - Surrey
Company ProfileOur loyal client is looking for a banqueting chef to join their kitchen brigade. It is an exciting time to join the company as there is a planned refurbishment to the restaurant.

Job Specification- To support the kitchen in the day to day operation and to ensure the highest levels of quality are always delivered
- To cook and present up to a 4* standard and be comfortable working with fresh ingredients cooked and prepared from scratch
- To work in a busy high quality establishment
Person Specific- As Banqueting Chef, you will come from a Sous level or Senior Sous level with a long history of banqueting
- Must have a steady employment history
- You will be looking to progress your career and challenge your ability
- You should have natural leadership skills and be seen as a mature, calm influence on junior chefs.
- NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery qualified
- Level 2 food safety certificate
