Night Manager - 4* Hotel - Ashford, Kent.
My client is a stunning 4* 20 bed country house style hotel, part of a popular upmarket leisure venue and wildlife park currently recruiting for an Night Manager to deal with the hotel operation during night hours.
The successful applicant will oversee the hotel 11pm-7am 5 on 2 off and managing team of 2.
The Role: Night Manager
Role Criteria
- The ideal Night Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience
- The Night Manager will be responsible for late check in/out, security, occasional room service and general front office duties
- The Night Manager will be responsible for staff development and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- The Night Manager will be reporting directly into the Front of House Manager
- Night Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage effectively
- The successful Night Manager will have previous supervisory experience.
