We have the pleasure of working with a stunning boutique lifestyle Hotel in the Malmesbury area of Wiltshire that are now looking to further grow the team with the appointment of the following key management role
Front Office Manager
Taking complete ownership of the front office, concierge, night team, reservations, Housekeeping and Maintenance this hands on role would ideally suite a passionate and experienced Front Office Manager with with following skills and experience:
Strong sense of the guest journey and engagement developed within a boutique Hotel environment
A genuine passion for staff training and development to include recruitment, induction and on boarding
Excellent communications skills, able to deliver excellent service levels by delivering your message in a personable and highly professional manner
Previous experience with the Hotel sector as either Reception manager or Front office Manager is essential
Knowledge of working with Hotel based operating systems OPERA 5.1, or Guestline an advantage
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of the senior team in a stunning boutique hotel that is driving to offer exceptional service in a warm and friendly manner working for a company that is continuing to grow with the second site going live in 2022
