Located near Uxbridge, Buckinghamshire area
The Property
Stunning 4 star hotel set in acres of its own grounds offering 100+ bedrooms, bistro style main restaurant open for Breakfast and evening service, elegant Bar lounge area serving light lunches, conference, banqueting and private dining and individual dining options in its expansive grounds
The Role
Food and Beverage Manager, to take control of the team that includes 2 Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, 2 Food and Beverage Supervisors and a host of floor staff
To take ownership of stock control, rotation and ordering
To drive service levels across all areas of the Food and Beverage through the effective management of your teams, creating a warm personable and friendly environment for your staff to enjoy
to work closely with the Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure you play your part in the Guest experience
Experience required
For this food and beverage manager role you will need to be able to demonstrate the follow skills and experience
knowledge of working within the 4 star market in the UK at either Assistant Food and Beverage ready for that next step or Food and Beverage manager
Warm and engaging personality with a strong passion for the guest experience
a good people manager able to build and lead a team within the hotel sector
Live within a commutable distance of the property as this is a live out role
