Reception Manager - Up to £30k - Surrey.
My client is a 50bed property, close to Leatherhead, Surrey, part of a national chain, currently looking for a talented hands on Reception Manager ideally from a strong background in 3/4* hotels at Head Receptionist / Reception Supervisor or Reception Manager level.- Reporting to the House Manager
- Managing the Front office, guest relations, concierge and nights department
- Dealing with any guest issues
- Training and development of 5 team members
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to up sell hotel facilities
- Strong trainer and team manager
- Opera experience an advantage
- Duty manager shifts as and when business dictates.
Responsible for:
Receptionists, Guest Relations and Nights staff
