JWR is currently working with a leading Casual Dining Restaurant Brand, looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager for their site based in Brighton.

As Restaurant Manager, you will possess a genuine passion for people and have exceptional levels of standards and service with the ability to operate within branded guidelines, achieving KPI's and other company targets.

As Restaurant Manager you will be the heart and soul of the business, engaging with the local community, providing great food, fantastic drinks and exceptional guest experience, whilst being hands on, leading the team from the front line. You will be a strong team builder and turn this already busy restaurant into an even busier one.

Required Skills:

• Experienced Restaurant Manager from similar size and style casual dining operation.
• Recruit, train & develop the best people, continually coaching, guiding and mentoring them to get the best from your team and deliver the best results
• Consistently delivering excellent customer service and maintaining the highest possible standards at all times
• Positive motivator with a passion for hospitality & service
• Full responsibility for the results achieved within the business, controlling all aspects of finance, regularly reviewing your P&L with your team and the operations team, agreeing on future targets & improvements.
• Maximise all sales opportunities
• Comprehensive knowledge of all departments within the business including; bar, restaurant, food service, kitchen & office.
• Confident & Self motivated
• Great relationship builder with teams and customers alike
