Maintenance Manager - Corporate Hotel - Gloucester - Global Hotel Brand - £30K.
I am currently recruiting for an international chain for a Maintenance Manager for a city centre 3*, 120 bed property.
The successful applicant for this role will be hands on when required and must have accredited plumbing and/or electrical qualification and be able to demonstrate they have lead a small team to provide excellent service that exceeds our customer's expectations, can work within budget and within tight timescales. The successful candidate will also have previous experience in maintaining brand standards and Fire, Life & Safety requirements and possess a track record in delivering a level of high performance.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
·Perform preventative and regular maintenance and repairs to all areas of the hotel
·Responsible for the security of the hotel's inventory and assets
·Ensure brand standards and all statutory standards are met at all time
·Deliver exceptional customer service with a drive for results
·Develop and/or maintain effective relationships with contractors, as well as with business partners in the wider organisation
·Managing a team of 2 to include recruitment, selection and managing any employee relation concerns.I am looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook who can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, delegate instructions, has a desire to provide exceptional customer service and is able to motive and lead a high performance team.
Experience within a similar role is essential and candidates must be formally qualified in Electrical or Plumbing.
