Premium Pub Company - Stunning Cornish locations
JWR is currently working with a quality pub company with an excellent portfolio of properties across the SW of England, currently looking for General Manager's for some of their properties located in amazing Cornish locations.
As General Manager in these fantastic businesses, you will be the heart and soul of the business, engaging with the local community, providing great food, fantastic drinks and an unrivalled guest experience.
As General Manager, you will have good all-round experience within quality food & drink led operations, maximising sales opportunities across all areas. You will come from a premium fresh food background and have experience managing large teams.
You will be a great leader and motivator and inspire your team to create unforgettable memories delivering the highest possible service and standards.
With great locations, award-winning beers and a fantastic reputation for their fresh food, the pubs available come with live-in. Ideally you will have good local knowledge of the area, or be specifically looking to relocate to Cornwall and understand seasonal volume
Required Skills:
- 2 years previous experience within a similar role
- Proven track record in improving and developing a business with experience in growing hotel rooms.
- Strong kitchen background
- Innovative and creative
- Good understanding of P&L and cost control
- Strong leadership & people development skills
- High level of standards & service
- Strong community engagement skills
- Personal Licence holder
- Experience with letting rooms.
- Previous experience within seasonal operations an advantage
