Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Job:
My client requires an exceptionally talented Assistant Restaurant Manager for a prominent restaurant within the Lake District area, with the successful person reporting to the Restaurant Manager. The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager candidate will be responsible for leading & motivating a great & enthusiastic restaurant team within an exceedingly friendly environment. They will drive the highest levels of customer service.

The Essential Skills:
- Must have experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a minimum 3 AA Rosette awarded establishment within a restaurant or hotel environment
- Be an excellent motivator with strong leadership & have outstanding communication skills
- Must possess the highest levels of customer service & have a charming friendly character
with the ability to welcome guests immediately - Be career-minded and ambitious, with a desire to succeed & be the best
- Possess outstanding attention to detail in every facet
- Assist with recruiting & training restaurant staff & continual development of the team.
- Must have the highest standards of personal presentation at all times
