Bar Manager -Cheshire - £30k

Are you an experienced Bar Manager or Head Bartender ready to take the bar operation to the next level in terms of concept and service?

We're looking for an exceptional Bar Manager who can proactively manage our busy bar and the team within our 4-star hotel with breath-taking views of the Cheshire countryside.

The Essential Skills:

Responsible for the drinks service throughout the day and evening in a bar that offers a variety of drinks and light snacks in a relaxed environment.

Being able to keep guests and your team happy sometimes means you creatively think on your feet and that's why you've got to love change - you'll know as well as we do that no two days in hospitality are the same!

Personal qualities required are:

Ideally looking for someone who has spent a few years developing their career in a fast-paced bar or hotel and delivering exceptional customer service is preferable and is looking for the next step in their career

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, lead a team to success, be flexible and dynamic in your approach, is able to pay close attention and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

Experience of working in a fast-paced bar, hotel or restaurant and delivering a great knowledge of creating cocktails both traditional and on trend!

Due to the location of the venue and the nature of the role, a driving license and own transport is essential.
