The Food and Beverage Manager opportunity:
- An exciting opportunity to join one of the region's premier hotels as Food and Beverage manager you will be tasked with the implementation of exacting standards through a dedicated and passionate team.
- As a strong man manager, you will mentor, encourage, motivate, and direct the department to achieve all goals and deliver excellence in customer service.
The employer seeking to appoint a Food and Beverage Manager:
- A large multi-faceted hotel with a wide range of Food and Beverage facilities
- 4* deluxe the venue has ambitious plans for the development of additional 30 bed stock and enhance the F&B Offering.
Food and Beverage Manager requirements:
- Previous food and beverage management experience in large busy hotels of 4* status
- Excellent organisational skills and experience in busy F&B venues
- Hardworking with a good sense of humour you will be a natural leader who thrives on challenges
The Food and Beverage Manager package:
- A salary of IRO of £33/35000 neg
- Excellent company benefits
