- Description
My client is a stunning four-star Leisure, Spa and Golf in the Warwickshire area and requires a Brasserie Restaurant Manager to be a very hands on individual & who wishes to be involved in every aspect of a hotel restaurant operation.
You will be responsible for the running of the Brasserie restaurant, mainly working the evening and weekend service for dinner for all the residential guests.
The hotel has a very high sleeper diner ratio so as Brasserie Restaurant Manager, you will need to manage the bookings and take control of running the restaurant whilst also providing the highest levels of customer service with the support of a very strong senior management team, so you are not on your own.
This will be a great opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager or F&B Supervisor from a Bistro or busy high-volume restaurant who is ready to make their first step into management.
What you will need :
* Be a point of contact for both guests and residents and ensure all queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.
* Recent experience with managing the daily running of the restaurant either in a hotel or restaurant.
* Previous experience of training customer service skills and developing a team.The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
