Restaurant Manager - £40k+ package for the right person
We are presently looking for a highly personable and engaging Restaurant Manager with an exceptional background within both Quality and Volume to lead this 20+ strong team in delivering exceptional service levels within this 100 cover 2 rosette restaurant
About You!
Already a restaurant manager within either a stand alone fine dining restaurant holding 2 rosettes minimum or within a luxury 4 star hotel in the UK
Happy to relocate to East Sussex relocation assistance can be provided on a short term basis
A proven leader, able to motivate, mentor and develop your team by leading from the front, offering consistency in training and development coupled with a personable management style
A strong knowledge of seasonal all fresh menu offerings and a genuine passion for service delivery with a mien host style
