- Description
My client, an excellent 4-star hotel within Hull City Centre location requires an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team. This hotel is major venue in the East Yorkshire region, with over 150 luxurious rooms, restaurant and bar, Conference facilities for over 250 delegates and leisure.
The Job:
* With a fully staffed department, your role will be to develop, coach and lead this very friendly team to deliver the highest levels of customer service whilst ensuring the highest quality of product is constantly delivered as per the brand standards.
* The hotel has a very busy branded & franchised restaurant at peak times and needs an F&B Manager to oversee and support the team and handle the pressure during this time.
* You will also need to have previous management experience within Restaurant, bar and Lounge areas
The Essential Skills:
* Must have a long career within 4-star hotels as an F&B Manager, coaching and mentoring a strong team of Managers throughout the restaurant, bar, room service and meetings & events.
* Have a very strong F&B background ideally from a branded hotel company and used to working with franchise outlets.
* Able to work to KPI's and be aware of how to achieve results using this method
* Must have the capability to lead from the front with a hands-on approach and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
* Possess very strong F&B knowledge, with a good experience of a high-quality food operation
* A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
* Must be proactive and passionate about Food and beverage in the hotel to constantly delivering top class customer service
The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:
The Food and Beverage Manager position offers an annual salary around £40,000 per year DOE + bonus and excellent company benefits
