My client is a stunning 19th century stately home incorporating 150bed hotel and one of the finest wedding and events venue in the country, based in Hertfordshire currently looking for a Cafe Manager for its incredibly successful new opening.
The Role:
The Cafe Manager will play a vital role in delivering a great experience as they continue to drive the business offering due to exceptional popularity, they require someone with a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations, through additional offerings (conversion into a wine bar with live music on a Friday and Saturday evening) great leadership and previous experience within an artisan style all fresh offering
The successful candidate:
- The successful cafe manager will be positive and engaging, highly customer focused who can motive and manage the team.
* will have experience of working in a similar upmarket independent style cafe/wine bar and have strong commercial and financial acumen able to continue to drive this on trend offering
This position will include working weekends and occasional evenings.
